The pipeline

AI-native means the process doesn't exist without the pipeline. This is not a chatbot bolted onto a traditional workflow. It's the infrastructure that makes the methodology possible.


Transparency by default

Every published piece includes a process layer footer showing which tools contributed, how long the project took, and where the AI stopped and the human decided. If a piece was made without the pipeline, it says so.
